Buglasan Festival 2023 is on, as the “new normal” crawls back in after the pandemic! Being the biggest and grandest festival in the province of Negros Oriental, Buglasan is also known as the “Festival of Festivals“. This year is packed with awesome events one should not miss out on. Live bands, dancing and singing competition, Miss Negros Oriental and of course the street dancing and showdown!
