Buglasan Festival 2022 – Calendar of Events

Buglasan Festival 2022 is making a grand comeback after two years since the hit of the pandemic. Newly elected Provincial Governor Pryde Henry Teves promised to budget 13 Million Pesos for the whole celebration of Buglasan this year. The budget includes the cash prizes, awards, trophies for the different competitions, electricity, water, sound system, staff and etc. The biggest festival event in Negros Oriental will be welcoming the grand comeback with the face-to-face events such as the street dancing, showdown and Miss Negros Oriental 2022.

The whole month of October will also be dubbed as the Buglasan month since there are plenty of minor events that will be celebrated throughout the month. However, the main events will be celebrated from October 23-30, 2022.
